Buying Bulk Ink For Your Inkjet Printer?

You've run out of ink again eh? At this stage you gotta be sick and tired of going to and from shops and websites to order new cartridges or refills right? Have you ever considered buying bulk ink as a solution? One of the easiest ways of getting cheap ink for your printer is simply to buy in bulk. Ink is like any other commodity - if you buy it in bulk you can get a discount and save yourself some shoe leather or mouse clicks too.

The ink inside your printer cartridge is supplied in milliliters which is basically a few teaspoons of ink. The comparative cost for a litre of ink of this type is in the region of about $8,000. The same type of ink can be purchased in bulk for far, far less than that. How about $34.95 per pint?! Yes that's right you can buy a whole pint of bulk ink for your printer for the cost of a single OEM cartridge.

Let's not kid ourselves here. Using bulk ink means refilling your own cartridges. This means using a syringe and air plugs and all the other tools involved in refilling an ink cartridge. If you're not willing to get your hands a little dirty and perform some basic technical tasks then stick to buying store bought printer ink products. Using bulk ink does save you a pile of cash but there's no such thing as a free lunch folks so best to just accept that as a given when it comes to inkjet supplies.

Alternatively you could also set up a continuous flow system for your bulk ink. This would be ideal for some large format and business class printers (A3 printers and above). This way the printer is permanently attached to an external set of tubes constantly feeding ink to it from large ink dispensers outside the printer.

How reliable are the bulk inks you might wind up buying? Many of the bulk ink suppliers buy directly from the same companies the printer cartridge manufacturers deal with themselves. Obviously there are no guarantees or proof of quality until you actually try the product itself. Bear in mind that very few (none that I can think of) companies deliberately go into business selling a faulty product. It's very hard to make a profit and expand when you can't get repeat orders from customers.

The discounts are large. The benefits outweigh any potential disadvantages. The last step you need to take now is to try bulk inks for yourself. As long as you're willing to get your fingers a little bit dirty it'll be a worthwhile experiment if nothing else.
Is your wallet suffering from the high cost of inkjet cartridges? Save yourself time and money by shopping for cheap inkjet cartridges online. You can have high quality printing at discount prices. Click on over to http://www.inkjetables.com/ to discover more.
